Drink a lot of water and buy some time. What sounds good now might feel terrible later. If you still want to eat something else after a couple of hours and a couple glasses of water, pick something that is reasonably healthy and will satisfy your craving.
Even if it is your day off the treadmill, you might try taking a walk outside if the weather is reasonable. That might help also. Bottom line, give yourself some time.0 -
You should proly be trying to eat some more protien based foods (and fiberous ones - I cant tell your fiber from yuor diary). But 20 rice cakes arent going to fuel your day! Try some dried fruit and nuts or veggies and light ranch/hummus for a morning snack. Also- greek yogurt has been a life saver of fullness.
And while I applaud fruit at your lunch time- a fruit salad won't really keep you full for the afternoon- try something with protein and carbs - ie try for more food group balance. I usually do a sandwich, chicken or bean salad or wrap + piece of fruit. Plan you day out better so that you use more (most) of your calories. You should have 4-600 left for dinner, Use the rest of those cals up!0
