Wondering if any other gals with pcos would like to exchange (or publicly share if you're comfortable) updates on how your period (or lack thereof) is being affected with the new diet and exercise? I am highly greatful for the use of this site and how it has changed me but I need gossip and support from a group who understands what I'm experiencing.

Hello! Being diagnosed with PCOS is what got me started with weight loss. Once I found out that was the issue, I got on bcp to regulate and that is when the weight became easier to come off. Neither diet or exercise has affected my flow but that's because it's regulated now through the pills. I will say though that I can definitely gain weight MUCH faster than those who don't have pcos, which is why I think it's KEY to track calories!0
