Anyone have any advice on what a good OTC vitamin would be. I've been thinking about getting a RX for prenatal vitamins again but can't make up my mind. What does everyone else use?

I've been considering getting a new vitamin as well. GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Active or GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Energy & Metabolism are what I'm considering. Along with a vitamin B supplement (Nature Made Super B-Complex). Does anyone use either of those supplements?

I take RAW ONE for women. I also take some omega 3's via the Coromega pouches and now I've started taking a probiotic too. I need to get a calcium suppliment though....somedays I just don't get enough through my diet.0
