A girl I work this gave me some Slim Quick drink packets to put into my water.
I have never seen or used them before

has anyone else used them? and do they help at all?
or are they pointless?
orr, are they a health concern or anything?

I think I have a free sample of that coming in, the name sounds familiar. I'm a fan of free things so I blindly clicked yes but will be sure to read the ingredients before using. If it resembles a diet drug and not a crystal light type product DO NOT USE. It’s not worth the potential aggravation on your heart or metabolism.

I received a free sample in the mail awhile back. I really wasn't impressed once I read the label and then saw the PRICE at the store! It's full of caffeine and other crap. It's $20 or more for a box of 14.... which is just nuts to me!

Even if it did help you lose weight in the short term, you'd gain it all back right away when you stopped using it. There are no quick fixes. You need to change your life style to change your life.

Personally, I like Crystal Light. It's $5 for a box of 20 or so, and only 5 calories per glass, and it tastes great!

I received a huge box of them in the mail for free (came along with some other crap let myself get suckered into buying) They didn't dissolve very well and made me feel shakey...I'm an avid coffee drinker, so I dont htink it was caffeine (though in different forms it may have different effects) So, I wouldn't recommend it
