MFP (& those darn Facebook automated posts) work. Period.

If you have any doubts what so ever whether or not MFP works, let me assure you without reservation that it does.

I lost 29 lbs in two months late last year. Going from 220 to a low of 191.

Not long thereafter I fell completely off the MFP wagon and eventually went back up to 210.

Thanks in large part to those darn automated "James has not logged for three days" Facebook posts, I decided last week to give it another serious go.

I weighed 205 this time last week. After a week of following MFP to the letter, I now weigh 196.6.

Excited to be back and looking forward to hitting my original goal of 185 in the near future.

Wow! That's a great story. I don't have a Facebook profile, but glad it worked for you!

I haven't had them automatically generate to Facebook, but yes, I can see how that would be motivating! Good job on getting back on the wagon!
  • You get back on that horse!
