Oh yes, the ebbs and flows of will power. The only thing I can tell you is this is perfectly normal, but you have to push through it. Generally, it only lasts a few days and you'll be back at it. Look at the progress you've made so far. Step on the scale when you feel the need to eat something, post here. Do anything you can to get through it. There is no magic answer I can give you - I'm so sorry I wish there was!!!

Hang in there, and remember how much better you'll feel about yourself when you successful navigate this slump!

Don't give up!!!Just think of what you have accomplished in the little measly three weeks you have been here..I'm sure 1. you have lost weight and 2. feel better!! Imagine what another three weeks will be like..how much more you can lose and how much better your going to feel!! keep your head up!! :)

hang in there. Winter makes it hard, especially if you can't get out. Treat yourself to a fun day and then get back on the wagon.

Keep going! Its hard and it sucks sometimes, but you are going to come out of this a stronger, more accomplished person! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels... and our bodies where made to move!!!

    You got this!

Chin up and remember how great itll feel to go shopping and not go directly to the back of the rack!!!

I always ask myself. Do I enjoy being unhealthy? Do I enjoy not liking the way I look? do I enjoy feeling bloated and puffy? Do I enjoy letting myself down? do I enjoy hating the way my clothes fit?

Will I be happy if I stick to it? will I be happy when I reach my goal weight? Is what Im doing worth it? Have I been doing things that Im proud of? Am I liking the way Im feeling?

I choose to FAKE it until I dont have to fake it anylonger. I say I am motivated. I will stick to this. I do enjoy being in pain from working out.

Then I set myself a little goal? My new goal that I set for myself most recently, is to log my whole days worth of meals at the begining of the day that way I don't have to log on continuously, then I go back and make adjustments if I dont' stick to it or have to change it. and I also outlawed chocolate for thirty days. took begining pictures, and have started working out harder because I want those pictures to change dramatically! I find that challenges motivate me to keep at it and to not get bored. Hopefully my suggestions helped.
  • You guys are awsome!!! Everything you said is very true!!! I know I can do this... just gotta keep pushing! Thank you All!!! :flowerforyou:

I'm also trying to remember that my brother was able to work on his addiction one day at a time, and he has been clean for a year. I realize this was not easy for him, and if he can do it, I can as well!

I look at the success stories on here when I'm having days like this. It helps to see that ppl who have far more to lose than me have done it so surely I can! Good luck x
