New to MFP

Hi everybody! This site has helped a few friends of mine, so I thought I would give it a try. But I'm having a lot of trouble balancing carbs? It's hard to perfectly meet the goals they gave me (not that I'm not trying!) but I've never really worried about this stuff before..any help with getting enough calories but not going over my carb goal?

    You can search for foods and see how much carbs it has and you can then determine if you want to eat that or something with less carbs.

    I think a few people make their diaries viewable, so maybe you can look to see what they are eating to stay within the range you are supposed to.
    Recently I decided to try to cut out carbs as much as possible. It's really hard...LOL!
    But, I've noticed that if you just eat what nature provides instead of what is man mad...it's easier.
    I recommend reading the new eat this not that. After reading what they do to fast food burgers makes me never want to eat fast food again.
