feeling gross

Latley I have been eating alot, even when I am not hungry. Im not really eating extremely unhealthy food, its just ill eat random food like chocolate or granola bars, instead of fruit or something else. I havent gained any weight from this, which is odd, but I feel gross. I know my diet cant be perfect all the time ( which I sometimes am a perfectionist when it comes to this, and if I mess up, I just completly binge that day). This really sucks! Its been raining and I havent been able to go jogging. My workout tapes arent really helping, like I dont feel the burn anymore. I know right now that I need to change it up, but I stick with the only things I know and the only foods that I have been eating for the longest time. I thought at first that this might be emotional eating, but nothing really emotional has happened to me lately, so im kinda confused. I used to really like planning out my meals and sticking to it, but now i cant even get myself to do that. Anyone else ever feel this way?

I know it's hard. It happens to me too. I just don't let it hold me down for too long. I fall and then I pick myself up, dust myself off and carry on where I started.
If this were so easy, then no one would ever be overweight. Tell yourself that this is going to stop right here and now. No one can does this for you but YOU. Remember...it WILL be worth it. You can do this.
