just started i am at rank#3 and doing the last row of week one.. are you doing it if so what is your numbers??

    Well, I'm trying it for the 2nd time.
    I accidentally skipped day 1 of the 1st week and went to day 2. I did 33 that day. Not sure what you mean by rank.

    I am using a free Android app called Drop and Give Me Twenty! DGMT! I like it because it can use the proximity sensor to count the push ups, which makes me go lower than I would normally. Also shows a progress bar filling up as I do the push ups so that is good visual motivation. When I finish one set an timer starts counting down for the rest period until the next set. I'm not entirely sure if it's following the One Hundred Push Ups program exactly. So far it seems close.

  • Week 2 day 3 tomorrow. I doing level 2. Also, doing the 200 situps routine.

    Its really hard when you weigh what I do and havent done a pushup in 20 years, but I'm really motivated and enjoying it.
