24 Hour Fitness - Turbo Kickboxing

Hi Everyone,

I used to take the Turbo Kickboxing class (TKB) at 24 hour fitness all the time but now that I had my son, my schedule doesn't work out to make those classes....

Does anyone know if they sell their routines or if you can buy anything like that somewhere? I really miss doing it!

    Congratulations on the birth of your son! You should consider purchasing Turbo Jam which is Chalene's home based Turbo Kick program...or you could just graduate and join a bunch of us doing Turbo Fire which is another Chalene program but much higher intensity. Both are Beachbody programs.

    It was created by the same person, Chalene Johnson. So it is pretty similar, not the same though.

    Definitely try Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire. LOVE THEM!!!

    Turbo Jam is pretty awesome :)

    And im just a person who has them, not a beachbody coach.
