You had another awesome day!!!! I'm so proud of you!!!

And I wouldn't worry about tomorrow. Have fun, and just keep an eye on your portions. But the most important thing is that you spend some awesome quality time with your brother and his wife. One day isn't going to completely change all the great changes you've made to your life.

Maybe (if it's possible) you could grill out!!! Grilled food is healthy and it's a fun way to cook too. I know my main issues with family coming is trying to figure out what kinds of food I can eat at restaurants without depriving myself. Check out some of the drink recipes Healthier_Me has posted too.

Good Job today!! Tomorrow might be tough if you guys normally conversate and such over food just make healthier options

Cut up veggies and a low fat dip; hummus or lite sour cream with onion soup mix
Fruits with a chocolate dip you can thin down with skim milk for dessert instead of baked goods

Grilled chicken breast or grilled turkey hot dogs
relish!! onions!! and my fav sauerkraut and mustard! Yum

Baked sweet potatoes maybe some grilled corn on the cob

Anyway, just some thoughts for ya!!
