I was wondering if I could see before and after photos of you and your story. Also for the ladies who did it. Where you trying to lose weight? If so how many calories did you have? I am 4'11" 120lbs (GW of 110 or less) and on day 22 tomorrow with Kenpo. I love the program and am dedicated. I can't believe the stuff that I can do now that I couldn't 22 days ago. Also did you have the HR monitor to detect your calories before you put it in MFP??

I'm on week 5. I'm primarily trying to lose body fat and am not as concerned about losing weight, although a few pounds would be fine with me! I calculated needing to eat 1800 calories based on the P90X guidebook, but I find I actually need like 2000. I do use a HRM as its the only way to really know within reason what I am burning.
BTW, I'm a runner too! Glad to meet you!

I'm restarting my p90x'ing. I have to do some work with diet/lifestyle i believe before it will be a consistent part... but I'm definitely on track!0 -
I'm finishing P90X this week and starting Insanity. I didn't lose a single lb - but did lose a size from 2 to 0. I'm still about 7lbs from my "goal" but happy at where I'm at. I've taken 1:30 MPM off a 10K running time, I'm really excited about it. I'm very lean, I'll check my body fat % next week at the scale wasn't available today. I've lost several inches 5 on my waist alone. I can see total definition in my legs, abs and arms are really shapely.
I didn't take before and after photos, just don't do photos. I'm hoping to really get great results for my running goals from Insanity. Then will do a P90X/Insanity Hybrid after the running season because I will be running more this summer and will still do the 3 days of strength training with P90X and running during the summer.
I've never done Yoga before and love it, so will continue Yoga at least 2 days per week on my lunch hour at work. I kick the boss out of his office and work out for 90 Minutes.0
