I've been back to MFP after using it for about a week or two sometime in August last year than giving up due to being hungry. Now I eat healthier so going hungry is much less of a problem. I'm trying to lose 5-10 poundsish to try to get a 6 pack and have been going at it since last Monday excluding the weekend due to dessert indulgence at my grandma's house :bigsmile:

    haha, the Herro got me! It's the way my fiance' and I always greet each other...don't know why we started it....we're both goofballs! Glad to hear you're starting again and making the commitment this time! Awesome!!!!

    hahaha i know!!! i love it!!! reminds me of my good friend who is asian (born here) so he doesnt have an accent at all he just thinks saying Herro is hilarious!!
