I made this recipe before; it can probably even be modified to cut more calories if you want, but I was cooking with my boyfriend who isn't dieting at all (because he doesn't need to, the lucky dog) and he likes to use the full recipe.
It tasted really good, although it was a little watery so maybe add less water if you find that the be the case
It's not pad thai but it has a thai flavor0
