It still seems awfully low to me. I plugged in numbers and my "ideal weight" is about 112 for a BMI of 21.5. That is lower than the halfway point of a healthy BMI for me! I'm probably aiming for 115-120 at the absolute lowest. (Oh, and I'm not 40 yet either, but I'm 35 so guessing that putting in i was 40 would have only added on a pound or two)0

Mine said 146.5 and I'm 5 feet 9 inches. I think I weighed that in high school,lol. But I think it might be achievable for me in the future. I have goal to be 180 before May 22. That will be the lowest I have weighed since.......................1995 or around there.0
