I actually found something that my kids like:

I made my own salmon patties and we ate them like burgers

1can of demings salmon
1 egg or egg white
1/2 cup oatmeal

mix like meatloaf make into patties fry in a pan sprayed with no stick.

We ate them with lettuce, lite mayo and pickle relish

They were great
