I made this for dinner tonight. It's easy and super good. Extremely high in protein and very filling! Try it out!

I got it from bodyrock.tv

http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/01/28/broccoli-cream-turkey-breast-soup/

400ml of skim milk (about 1 3/4 cups)
400g of chopped broccoli (14.109585 oz)
about 700g of chopped turkey breasts (if you are vegetarian, you can use tofu), (1.54323584 lbs or 2 cups)
2 onions,
4 cloves of garlic,
2 table spoons of butter,
olive oil (about two table spoons),
1 cup of crushed walnuts,
1 medium size bowl of grated carrots,
1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon of cumin,
about 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
salt

Sounds good but I don't see a calorie count anywhere. I suppose I'll just add it up as I'm making it. Thx for the link!

If you split it into 4 servings I counted it at 303 calories. :D

I omitted the walnuts and 2 tablespoons of oil. I just used Pam to cook the turkey in.
