New to using this online, i got the app on my phone to use the chart for weight loss tracking, I am currently training for my first sprint triathlon. which is weird to my friends because i was never a distance type of person. I think having that as a goal helps me commit to my weight loss and continue to eat healthy. Just want to get out there on the forums and meet new people, I've seen so many inspiring stories on here and I'm striving to do the same for others too, which also helps my drive Any advice, info, questions, anything that will help me learn and become a better athlete or person is appreciated thanks.
