My name is Shannon. I'm attending college to become a special education teacher. I currently work with developmentally delayed individuals. Unfortunetlyyyy...that doesnt leave a whole lot of time to myself or to do things that I wanna do...if anyone has some tips or advice for this I would really appreciate it. But I know this is a life change and Im ready to be successful!

I have two small children and a job. so when I first started I felt the same way.I actually looked up little things that could be done daily in order to squeeze some exercise in. eating healthy is a must of course. I started parking all the wast in the very back of every parking lot I was in. drinking really cold water when I wasn't eating. walking directly up to people when needing to speak to them as opposed to calling from a distance. I did see some results but I didnt see biggere results till I started getting up an hour earlier than usual to workout.0
