I know you are suppose to loose 1/2-2lbs per week. I've been averaging threes... I was wondering if that's okay because I have more than 100lbs to lose?

It should be fine,I'd say keep for goals for 1 1/2 and do try to stay around that calorie goal, as long as your losing it healthily than I'd say its all good! Thats just ,y reccomandation though. My mother has hers set for 1 1/2 and has lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks .0

If you are just starting out I would say it's probably fine as most people typically lose more in the beginning and then the loss slows.0
