resistance flat bands

I was told I could use resistance training for strength training, but It isn't in the database and I haven't invested in a heart rate monitor yet. Really unsure of how to accurately log this. Just did my first 30 min. work out that included about 6 mins. of warm and cool down.

Depending on how high the resistance and how hard you're working....maybe "Strength Training"?0

I'm not 100% sure it'll be in here, but this database seems to have many things that MFP does not!
