I agree with shake and bake.
But if you don't mind the sodium content you could bake them in a low cal mushroom soup base. Makes a good gravy after you fish the legs out of it.0 -
Bake them with seasonings and a lil water at the bottom of pan.0

Sometmes I sprinkle some seasoned salt on them, roll them in flour, place in a greased pan and bake. Add potatoes and carrots to the pan if you like - they get nicely seasoned also. Very easy meal - and only a few extra calories from flour. I always remove the skin first.0

Honey and grain mustard - works every time! About a tbsp of each covers about 4 drumsticks and there in no marinating time involved. Just mix the warm honey and mustard together and brush over the drumsticks (take the skin off first), then pop in the oven as usual. Every so often just brush the mix over to keep them lovely and moist. Enjoy!0
