How do I log this?

We had breakfast at work this morning and I ate a little bit of everything. I literally put one nickel size dot of Aldi's syrup on my pancake; however its only in there as 1/4 cup. Same with the Grandy's gravy... I had a tablespoon of gravy on my half biscuit. How do I log 1/4 cup for that? Thanks

    I just use percentages, like .25 of a 1/4 cup and try to get as close as I can to the exact measurement

    3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
    4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
    8 tablespoons = 1/2 cup
    16 tablespoons = 1 cup
    1 cup = 8 fluid ounces
    Measure
    2 cups = 1 pint
    4 cups = 1 quart
    4 quarts = 1 U.S. gallon
    8 quarts = 1 peck (dry)
    16 ounces = 1 pound

    i was going to say just learn to convert to a % .. it can be tasky but worth it so you know what ur putting in

    This is how I do it. If I have a mini bagle with a small amount of peanut butter, then I do like .25 of a serving.
  • If it says one 1/4 cup.. I would put .25 as the serving size that you actually ate, so it is a 4th of the 4th. LOL
