So I am going to a wedding reception this evening and was thinking about how I am going to log the food I eat there. I have no clue what will be on the menu and will try to be careful, but as I know we all have found, sometimes things that seem "safe" are packed with calories and tons of fat. I just want to try to log as accurately as possible.

Now, here in Youngstown, OH we have a little thing called the cookie table at the wedding (this is in addition to the cake). Hopefully it won't call out to me. I've decided I can have 3 cookies, but just one bite of each.. enough to get the treat taste, but not all the calories!!! Oh and no bar:ohwell: .. which will be tough, but I don't want to derail too much!

You can do it. Also, if you think about it, load up on some simple salad before you go, then you'll be full and hopefull less tempted. But if it's mid afternoon, that doesn't always work.

    Good luck!

Also, as far as the bar is concerned, I have found that if you add flavored seltzer water to wine, you still get the enjoyment of the wine, with a little extra bubbles, and few calories. Just a suggestion. You'll do great! Have fun!
