How to Get Estimate on Delivery Pizza?

I ordered an 11" extra thin veggie pizza last night and can't figure out what to put as estimate for calories. The pizza comes in 8 slices in which I had 3 of them totalling 189grams. There is very light sauce with light cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms and olives.

What do you guys/girls recommend I should allocate as calories for that?

Thanks

Find an option already in the database that you think is close.

maybe check out the company's website for the nutritional info. I have found a lot of company's have started to do this and it makes it a lot easier when ordering in.

I'd go with nutritional information from Dominos, Papa John's, or Pizza Hut. Dominos has a nutrition calculator where you can enter details like the toppings, crust, and "light" cheese. I'd say that'd be your best bet.

    It's not delivery, it's Digiorno!
