Re-evaluating and confused?

So I asked my MFP friends this as well, but I thought I'd ask the general public too.
"I'm going start eating most, if not all my exercize calories. I'm going to make sure my NET is at 1200 each day, maybe some days go over, some days under, just to do the zig zagging. I re-did my goals with MFP, it said that I would lose 7.8 by April 1. I'm wanting to do a bit more than that. Is that possible? While staying at the 1200+/- net calories? My goals are 175 by March 10 (i can give into a few extra days and 165 by April 1..."
I have my diary open, I'm working on eating more clean for the next two weeks. I've been only drinking water (except today, I've had a little coke
) I'm eating things that I make, not store bought or fast food.
MFP says I'll be at a loss of 7.8 by April 1. Is it possible to lose more than that?
I'm not wanting to do it in an unhealthy way, I want to eat right. If I excersize more (I've fallen in love with working out, so I've been doing more) will that bump it up a bit?
Any advice would be great!
