Measurements up, down, up, down.....

Why are my measurements always different? up, down, up, down. Anyone have any advice on how to take measurements in the same spot everytime???

    Hahahaha good question - same here! Mine are all over the place by a LOT so I know I am not measuring in the exact same place! I can't figure it out. I usually try 3 different spots of the same measurement and average them out!

    Find a freckle, mole, light spot, scar or anything of reference on the skin.

    Well, for your true waist you are supposed to measure where your body bends in the middle. So if you bend to the side a bit and then measure that spot each time, you should get a fairly accurate waist measurement.... hope that helps.
