Do you do one disk for so many times in a row then move on to another?

    If you ordered the set there is a workout schedule with it that shows you what DVD's to do on what days. There may be a time where you may do the same one 2 days in a row but I don't think so. I did one round of it but don't recall.

    yes, you do disk one following the calendar that is provided and after 4 weeks you move onto disk 2 for 5 weeks.

    there is several disk and you follow a schedule! Sometimes you do two disk the same week! But month 1 and 2 are totally differant workouts!

    Well I am borrowing someones videos I don't have the calender.. He's working on month two so he gave me disc 1 the cardio plyometrics one but didn't know how long I did it for.

    Google Insanity workout calendar. Then you can go to Windows Calendar maker and create your own calendar and print it out.

    How many of you who have done have seen great results. I am only scared i won't be able to do 6 days a week only 5 bc sometimes I go out of town on the weekends

    So the program may take you longer than 60 days. Say it takes you 75 days to complete it. So what. What were you going to do with your time anyway. It's best to do a program for 75 days and be proud of it, than look back at 75 days and you haven't done a damn thing. So just start.

    I'm with edorice's advice. Make it YOUR program. Idid Insanity last year according to their schedule and almost killed myself doing it.
    I re-wrote it this year as a hybrid, combining it with ChaLean Extreme, another BB workout program. I just finished the 1 month hybrid today and I feel on top of the world. Ready for month 2!!!
