So La Crosse, WI which is about 20 minutes from me is having a huge 50th anniversary S&S Cycling show and there are thousands of custom bikes and celebs. Matthew McConaughey flew in last night and they say Brad Pitt is also in town , Jay Leno, Arnald Schwan.....?, Sandra Bullock with her hubby, and many others. The thing is no one to watch my little one so my husband is going without me. My hubby works for Budweiser so he heard from all his bar owners today on who they saw. How cool is that?!!! Anyone else heard about it?

Hi...I would take the kids if I were you.

I love bike rallys...I've been to a few, only in California, so none of the really big ones...I also like charity rides and the after parties.

Last time I was invited to ride in the Tijuana Toy Run, I was in the lineup waiting to get going and a Gang of "Mongels" got in line behind me...they have a bad reputation and I was scared at first but everyone was on their best behavior...until the after party in Mexico that is...I hightailed it home!

My family is always busy so I tend to be the lucky one that gets to stay home.

They say Hell's Angels are gettin let in. They are giving 50, 000 cash to whomever has the best bike! I have been hearing them drive by all morning and are now comparing it to Sturgis....so pretty big deal to have it sooooo close to me. They are showing some on their s&s cycling site but not too much.BUMMER!!!

Well my youngest is 5 months old so that won't work out too well. My other two are going with the hubby. Jesse James is going to lead the river run later and my husband is siked so can't really make him stay home!!

I'm so sorry you have to miss it...don't be down...down the road, and it will go by too fast, your kids will be old enough to watch out for themselves for a bit and you will be able to go to all the events your heart desires! Hopefully your local news will have some highlights!

Yeah I hope so too but so far they haven't showed to much. I suppose I could probably put the little one in the stroller and go sit up on the side walk kinda like a parade and watch them go by. I am right by the highway which most of them are taking. We had some stay at local hotels so I did see some but kinda wanted to see the band Jackyl later tonite they are suppose to be great!!!
