so, i am trying to enter a lower fat version of a recipe i already have on here, but i can't seem to find an answer ANYWHERE !! this may sound silly, but does anyone know how many fats and cals are in the fillings of reduced fat oreos ?? i am making an oreo pie crust, and i only need the cookies, and not the filling..i have googled it, also, looked on nabisco website, but found nothing..any advice ? i found the cals for regular oreo crumbs on the list, but i am afraid to leave it as is, because i want to make sure i have the most accurate numbers..thanks in advance

Don't know but in this case, I would err on the side of higher calories and use the regular crumbs numbers. Sorry!

I was thinking the same thing. I'd go with the higher calorie amount for the regular cookie crumbs.

    Spark Recipes http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp

Says 100 grams (~3.5 ounces) of Oreo cookie crumbles (topping) is like 480 calories.

You can go there and look for: 'Nabisco Oreo Crunchies Cookie Crumb Topping'

    Hope this helps:
