So I just got home from Bob Evans and looked up their nutrition stuff for the dish I ate - HOLY CRAP!!! :embarassed: Never again!!!! And SO MUCH SODIUM- a ridiculous amount of sodium!!!!

    sodium is my enemy too....its a love/hate relationship LMBO

    Last night my mom came over and we were trying to decide what to have for dinner. She really wanted to get a salad from Bob Evans, so I decided I would look through the nutritional info to see what I could get. I was shocked!!! :noway: Everything is loaded with fat!! I figured I would get an omelet with the egg lites they have, but still there was a lot of fat and other not so good stuff!! I decided to go ahead and get the turkey spinach omelet, but just eat half of it, drink lots of water between bites, and skip an evening treat!

    Yeah, I only ate like a quarter of my pasta - unbelievable!!!
