Okay, so im a stay at home mom. nd have been loosing weight since oct 2010 and ive lost 45 pounds now....BUT i still want to loose 30+ pounds Mostly Tummy....(Any good exercises for me??) to get to my goal weight and b happier. I dont have access to a gym...I have a treadmill and have been on it this whole time and i wondering if im on a platue....I have the 30 day shred....And with the treadmill. i do powerwalks ad jogs for an hr...ive noticed changed but im looking for more... should i continue with the treadmill and still push it....or do treadmill and 30 day shred...Too much?... or switch it up all together and try a new video and just that like insanity? wats a good plan...
