more exercise means need more food, HELP!!

Ok, so i've added another cardio most nights. Zumba which is fun, but my appetite is getting so extreme and my sweet craving is also increasing. all month i gain and loose the same blasted 4lbs. i know i can't eat any time after 7pm and until this last week i had been fairly good with what i eat. But salty and sweet has won out way too much this past week. I need to be stronger with resisting the sweets.
