So I've been on MFP for about 2 weeks and I've been doing a good job so far. I've lost 2 pounds and have been drinking a ton of water and exercising almost every day. I'm not sure why, but all of a sudden I'm feeling lazy.

I love that the people I have friended so far are amazingly encouraging and helpful, and I would love to make more friends. Please send me a friend request if you want to help motivate my lazy bum

I never want to exercise. I do it because it's great for my health and it changes your whole body shape. Heck you can lose weight without it but who wants to be "skinnyfat"? You know - skinny with no muscle tone.

I fit into pants that were tight when I was lighter than I am now. I like the way I look in leggings now. I can't wait to start wearing skirts again. My legs look so good! My butt is perkier than it has ever been and tight!

And my heart thanks me for my treadmill intervals. My resting heart rate has gone from 85-95/minute to 70/minute in 3 months. And I'm a smoker (hopefully not for much longer).

Keep going for a few more weeks and you will be amazed.

Seems to me you are on burnout already by going everyday...Switch it up and try something new....like a aerobic class or something like that. I go to thegym 4 days a week and if I want to do more I do it at home...helps me where I want to go.
