Thanks Everyone! Sorry for the delayed response -- work got in my way
I don't think I'm drinking enough water. They say if you find yourself thirsty, you're already dehydrated. Lately, along with the starvation feeling, that seems to be the case.

I like to make my own hummus (A Mediterranean spread). Its basic ingredients are chick peas (garbanzo beans), garlic, olive oil, and tahini, (sesame spread, looks like peanut butter), and lemon juice. I make enough for about a week. I used to bring it to work when I was working and put it on whole wheat pita bread, it fills you up and it’s very health and good tasting!!!! You can add more garlic or red bell pepper to it too. Give it a try!!!0
