Once again....logging shoveling snow

Yet again I've logged shoveling snow in my exercise diary! :happy: At least it's good exercise! 8.5" and still snowing.

    Ugh! Me, too! Which is actually helpful since I can't get to the gym today (snow day for the kiddos). I did DVDs, but never get as good of a workout in @ home as I do @ the gym.

    Yeowza... I hear it's a fabulous work out. I see so many of my MFP friends exercise logs for shoveling snow over and over these past months and I feel guilty about using rain as an excuse not to go outside for a walk. On a side note, it may snow in San Francisco Bay Area tonight! Stay warm.

    We're supposed to get two more inches today. We have a snow shoveling service for my apartment complex though..

    I am soooo glad we moved South..... had to turn on the ac last night. I don't miss shoveling snow, not in the least.
    ( but it was good excercise :) )
