Hello everybody!! I have been using this program since New Years and have lost 14 pounds so far. It's a drop in the bucket compared to how many I want to lose, but it's better than gaining 14 pounds. If any of you have tips to help me succeed I would love to hear them!!

I know alot of people swear by Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, I am doing it right now and am on day 3.0 -

Keep to MFP every day until you reach your goal, track EVERY SINGLE THING YOU EAT, and if you over eat some days, dont worry...just burn off the extra calories doing some excersize!!! THATS IT..0
