So I'm posting this for motivation.... not just for anybody that reads it... but also for myself... so that I can read again if I'm having a bad calorie/ fitness day.... maybe follow my own advice

Everybody has their own struggles when it comes to weight loss, even those who succeded at reaching their goal weight at one time faced with many difficulties, whether the reason is because you didn't have time to eat something healthy & picked up crap to eat, we've all done it, no time to work out on one day, went out with friends & had a lot of drinks, work gets in the way, not to mention fitting in friends & family to our lives & those are just some examples. We get discouraged sometimes when the scale doesn't move to our advantage, I've been there. It's hard losing weight to some because of our lifestyles sometimes get in the way. You eat something that you know it's bad for you, but have many reasons to do it, Hey you might be depressed, family issues etc...

This are our daily struggles.... but only if we le it.
There are a lot of other things that other people struggle with, that are far worse than losing weight, but I'm not gonna get into that, I'm just trying to get a point accross. We are not only trying to lose weight, but change our lifestyles as we do it. Why a lifestyle change? Our bodies didn't change overnight, & it took many days, months, even years for our bodies to gain weight, so it's only safe to say that it was our lifestyles that got us this way, even maybe illness. So a lifestyle change is what we need to get back on track, & reach our weigh loss goal. And it's definitely gonna take some time to change it back, remember "Rome wasn't built in a day"... & the most beautiful structures around took time to be made. So for those days, when the scale won't move, & we have a bad day, whether we didn't eat what we should have, didn't exercise, or maybe someone made a comment about your weight. Even when we look on the mirror & don't like how we look so far. Don't feel discouraged, it's only a bump on the road. It becomes a great struggle only if you let it, there's a saying that "every problem has a solution, except death".. it's okay to vent when you have a bad fitness/ calorie day , so dust yourself off & try again. it's not too late to make that change. You can & you will get there, it just takes some time.
