Hi! I started MFP from my phone on an app and was just kind of half-assing it. Now I am ready. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years and have gained about 60-70 lbs currently at 250 lbs. I have always been on the heavier side but not this heavy. I have been working out at least 2 times a week since January and eating somewhat better but have actually gained weight. Not cool. So im starting to keep track of my calories try to work out multiple times a week and just all together watch what I eat! I love reading the success stories! What great motivation!! So as of right now my goal is to weigh 200lbs by MAY ahhh I think I can do it....no I WILL do it

It's amazing when kind-of suddenly you arrive at a realization about yourself and decide to really do something about it. I am so glad that my sister introduced this site to me. It has been very helpful to me. I wish you the best and know that you will be successful0

Hello Chelsea! Congratulations on taking a step in the right direction. I too am guilty of not giving it my all. I start and i stop, and start and stop. I am serious this time and have been for almost 8 weeks. I have faith in myself and I believe you can and will reach your goal! I started using the wonderful MFP 3 weeks ago and I think its awesome!
