Ok, what does it mean to crave pepper? I have a craving for anything with pepper sprinkled all over it! I know pepper isn't bad for you (is it?) but I don't want to go eat loads of it either!

according to the interweb, black pepper is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin K, Iron, Copper and Manganese.
so I say, SPRINKLE AWAY!!0 -
I love pepper!! Especially on eggs, etc. YUM!!0

Beats me Shorerider. I've never really liked pepper. Though, I'm using it these days instead of salt on my veggies.0

hmmm just googled pepper craving and it says that you must have a defiency of chronium picolinate.
Chronium is found in corn on the cob, apples, sweet potato, tomatoes and brocolli.
Maybe tomatoes with pepper on them?0 -

Didn't see that when I googled. Now I'll have to google chronium picolinate to find out what the heck that is! I eat apples almost every day, so not sure. But think I'm going to get some raw squash with pepper!0 -
I just love black pepper, grind it straight into my hand and then crunch away. Several times a day, whenever the urge strikes. Good to know it has some nutrients in it0
