I guess I am the newest member here, so hello all! I am excited to start a new stage in life, and become a healthier person. I am a 911 dispatch supervisor who works a 12 hours shift. mostly sitting in a chair. Needless to say I haven't exercised much..until now. If anyone has any quick but effective exercise tips, I would love to hear about them. Thanks
