This is one of my favorite machines to use. It gives me a good work out and doens't leave me too do anything else. I use it every time I go to the gym. On my cardio days I will row 5,000 meters which takes me about 25 minutes and then switch to the ellipicital and do about 30 minutes. On the days I lift weights I will row for 15 min. about 3000 meters as a warm up. Check out the concept 2 website for more info. Enjoy rowing0
