Treadmill Workout?

I am looking for a great Treadmill workout. I used to have one when I was dating a body builder and I lost a LOT of weight. It consisted of something like this
Time Treadmill speed
5 mins- 2.5
6 mins- 3.0
2 mins- 4.5
2 mins- 3.0
3 mins- 5.0
2 mins- 6.0
I totally made that up but it was set up that way. If anyone has one they could share I would appreciate it!!!
