Hi,

I've been on here a little over a week now and like the website. It's brought some nutritional information to my attention that I didn't really notice before and I love being able to keep track of what I eat and how much I exercise. It's very motivating. If you're looking for myfitnesspal friends feel free to add me; i'm a pretty positive, life isn't all that terrible kind of person. I like communicating with people who I have things in common with and who also try to keep a positive attitude. I try to find the best in things rather than focus on the negative. I was also hoping to maybe meet some other women in my area to go walking around the neighboorhood with or go to the gym to motivate eachother. Since I usually work overtime 2 to 3 weeks per month I don't have a whole lot of opportunities to go out and meet people. I used to work out 3 to 4 times per week and then had some life events take me away from exercising, but i'm working on getting back on track.
