I am sort of new on this journey. And i was just wondering something. In my vast collection of dust filled dvd's. I found my Sweatin To The Oldies collection. Amongst others.

I guess my question is, Is it okay to switch my work out dvds as much as i am.

I do zumba 2-3 days a week.
I do golds gym dance workout on the wii 1-2 times a week.
I just received and started my Turbo Jam.
And now i want to try Sweatin to the Oldies.

Should i stick with one or is it ok to incorporate different workouts together like that.

They say switching around is the best. keep your body challenged.
  • The more you switch the more muscles you use.

Switching is great! wondering are any of them just lifting. Lifting helps builds lean yes lean not bulk (women to not get bulkie by lifting 3 things a week) lean muscle takes up less room, burns more calories at rest and makes the body look great. So mix it up
  • Thank you all so much for the replies

I dont think any of them really have lifting but the Turbo Jam has weighted gloves that you wear when working out will that help?

Or is there a video that would incorporate that. I just am not ready to hit a gym. Financially, or mentally. LOL.

Again thank you all so much. Glad that switching is good..
