Count your food scales and your bathroom scales will look after themselves.
Folks get wrapped around the axle about what the bathroom scales are reading. The fact is that for most people if you follow the MFP plan and accurately weigh and record what goes into your mouth you will lose weight.
Tea spoons, table spoons and cups are great for receipes but not so hot for calorie counting.
So, read the gramme/ounce scales carefully for every meal, the weight will drop away without ever needing to use the bathroom scales again.

Hehe.
I finally bought a kitchen scale recently, and I love it, I use it for every meal. It makes portion control much easier.
Its working.
I love it. Its my little shiny friend.
The bathroom scale is not really my friend - its more like Im fighting against it and when it shows smaller number, its a victory!0
