Alegro Cheese on pizza ???

Hi, we're having friends over tonight and I am making homemade pizza. I find that with lots of veggies on the pizza, the most fattening part (other then meat) on the pizza is the cheese.

Anyone ever tried to make it with Alegro cheese ??? How was it ? Would my guests notice the difference ? Thanking you all in advance for your input.
