need advice! last chance workout!

hi everyone. i am in a biggest loser contest with my husbands family. the last weigh-in is tomarrow afternoon. i am in the running to win the overall prize, but my father-in-law is just a tiny smidgen ahead of me and a cousin to my hubby is just barely behind me!! i need some advice of what workouts to do today! i have cleared my entire morning to have more time to workout, and i will have about another 3 hours late afternoon/evening. working out outside is not an option today. i live in central illinois, it is about 36 degrees and pouring down rain. (and i have 3 kids at home today!) lol any advice, tips, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks!
p.s. i have a wii fit board, a treadmill, (does not do intervals), and an a lounger. i have 1 high-impact aerobic dvd, leslie sansone 5 mile walk dvd, and a couple other random workout dvds, hand weights and ankle weights.

HIIT will burn the most cals per minute besides simply running.0

I would do some interval training....running on treadmill for 5 mins, 5 mins of weights, running, etc....getting your heart rate up and then muscle training, etc...will burn the most calories...and drink lots water and eat lots fiber to clean your system out..GOOD LUCK!!0
