Hello, ladies. . .

Completed my first bikram class without "resting" (feeling the dizzies). Cool. Discovered that a light, but protein rich meal 2 hours before and an EmergenC immediately before might be the trick to enduring. (or maybe I was just having a "good day")

Today is dance class, and if the weather stays nice a walk there and back. Today is my "active recovery day" (my new "day off") So I'm only looking for around 300 calories.

I've had a good week goal-wise, exceeding my calorie burn target every day this week. Woot. This week's treat: a new computer keyboard. (what a geek :tongue: )

    I'm gearing up for a feast week. I'm planning lots of exercise. Today will just be elliptical and walking. Having pizza at a friend's house tonight, but I'll bring a salad as well.

    Did the kickboxing again yesterday. This time there was some contact involved, so we had to borrow wraps from the teacher. I didn't like it much, but I think if I had taken kickboxing for a while, it would be the next level. I might try my favorite teacher's kickboxing on Tuesday, if I have time (ends at 6:30, dance lesson at 7).
