Non Scale Victory

I have been on MFP since the middle of January and have been doing great with the diet, I need to pick up the exercise a little more though.
I recently tried on two of my suits one I haven't been able to fit into in 3 years and now it's loose, the other suit I haven't worn in about 10 years and it fits real good. I am psyched and pretty soon I will have to start a fund for a new warddrobe. Luckily my birthday is around the corner and will be asking for AMEX Gift Cards. Still got a ways to go, but I feel great.
Before starting my journey, I found out that I was a diabetic (blood sugar level at 243) now it's around 100. I had prehypertension BP 146/88 now it's 122/72.
